Once I started the program I reached my goal in just 10 weeks. After 14 weeks I exceeded my original goal which I never dreamed possible. As of today I’ve lost 31.5 pounds of fat, 3 inches off my waist, 6.5 inches off my belly and 7 inches off my hips!

I have maintained my weight since 2009 because of the healthy habits I learned while I was on the program.  I am now a Certified Health Coach and have successfully educated and supported my clients to their own weight loss goals.
